yes. Happy Birthday Jesus!
last night there was a christmas party for Debra's Network. 5-8PM.
Phoebe, Abi and I were serving the food and along the way some other girls helped us out. It was fun.
there was also this short play about two girls who switched bodies and they had to live in each other's shoes for a week.
then Sarah gave her testimony about her life last year and how much she has been blessed by the Lord with the friends and family and how in her weakness the Lord was strong. it was so touching. i cried!! (darn it, why can't blogs have emoticons!)
there was games before that too which was fun but i didn't play. hahaha. neither did my girls. i sat with Cheryl and Ling ling and listened to their gossiping. haha! so cute.
after the party was caroling. it wasn't so bad. it was fun but time went by like a bullet train and it was already 10.30PM so we had to end it.
Pheebs, Abi, Benita, Prisia, Jonathan (pheeb's bro) and me went off together. then we wanted to buy a drink so we walked back and along the way we met Shinuan and Joe and Zhi Xiong, Jolene, Wei Jie (i think so) and Dawn. and in the end, the 12 of us went to Marina Square, Hong Kong Cafe and we had "supper". it was really fun!
it was like the table was split into 2. the fun and the serious.
my side; Joe, Jolene, me, Zhi xiong and Prisia. we were like CRAZY! we were laughing, singing and telling jokes like we were drunk but we haven't even ordered to things yet! hahaha.
the best one was when Joe looked at the menu and told me, (pointing at the picture) "i want to eat their mooncake." then Jolene heard and she said, "Joe! Open your eyes!! it's bread with condensed milk poured all over it!!"
i tell you the 3 of us laughed SO HARD i thought we would pass out!
other side; Dawn, Benita, Abigail, Phoebe, Shinuan, Jonathan and Wei Jie. we didn't hear a laugh from their side. we just saw smiles but no laughs. maybe the occasional snicker but other than that.. nothing. or maybe just cuz my side was laughing way too loud.
then we had a countdown. and we went even more high. Zhi Xiong kept getting brain freeze. super funny. in the end, he kept shivering! hahahaha!!!
