baking with cell.
went to Amanda's house to bake cookies for Christmas!
actually, i'm super tired so i'll save the long story.
short story is, we made the dough from scratch and it was SUPER oily!! but it was fun to roll it, shape it. and i tell you we had our mishaps.
definitely thanks to Abigail.. haha!
first time she tried to move the tray of cookies it dropped to the floor. We were all screaming and shouting and then it was so funny we started laughing. and instincts took over right? so if you see something that dropped on the floor you're first thought is to pick that thing up, yes? well.. i was about to and i lightly burned myself on the tray because it was HOT!
that was ok.. Phoebe burned her thumb though. Poor thing. Okay, after that we made many more trays. Another time Abi tried to move the tray it dropped but since i was standing next to her, instincts tell us to hold the tray to stabilise it so that it wont fall anymore and so my left hand shot out and grabbed the HOT tray and i scalded my left middle finger and my ring finger.
after some time, the middle finger got better but until now (which is about 3 or 4 hours ago my ring finger is still in pain but when it was only an hour after i burnt it, my finger was freaking painful!! and first it turned red.. then it became swollen. REAL BAD.
next time Abi wanted to take out the tray from the oven and put it on the stand she tilted it and luckily i was holding the other side of the tray with a spatula and her reflexes were to hold the thing too so she got slightly burnt. but nothing compared to mine.
anyway, after almost everyone had their share of burns, we finished and he rested for a while then we decided to go home.
yea i know this post is short but i'm tired and in pain (finger...) once i get the photos i'll upload them on my facebook.
i might upload one or two here but the rest are definitely on facebook. which is being a fuckbook lately.
i've been craving for Magnum Ice Cream for 5 days.
