for the entire race, the other guy was actually way ahead of Phelps but then right at the end, before the touch to the wall... Phelps touched it first.
the timing was a difference of 1/10th of a second.
Phelps: 58.68
Siberia guy: 58.69

How does Phelps manage to keep winning? But I think America is really smart because I think they know that swimming is a long competition (we've had 1 week of swimming already) so they invest strongly on their swimming athletes.

Anyway, yesterday was not only Tan Qiu Ting's birthday but it was also Joe Jonas's birthday!!
